In-Product copy for newly released product, Glip.

Approach :

Extensive work with the product team, engineering, and brand to ensure a UX with copy that fit the rest of RingCentral's products and yet was new branding for this specific product.

Key Learnings :

A new product release requires a different approach because there will be constant iterations based on a constant feedback loop from how the product is being used in the real world.
